Payment and Shipping

Payment informations
We accept prepayment via bank transfer, PayPal payments and cash on delivery (only within Germany).

Payment in advance
Please always state the invoice number as the purpose for your bank transfer. This makes it easier for us to assign them and your goods can therefore be shipped faster.
Make sure that neither you nor us will incur bank fees. We don't take this. A SEPA transfer is recommended within Europe.
The goods will be shipped as soon as possible as soon as we have received the payment.

PayPal payments
PayPal charges fees. This is usually 2.5% of the total amount within Europe plus a flat rate of € 0.39. Outside of Europe these fees differ.
The goods leave our warehouse as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

Cash on delivery (only possible within Germany)
The maximum amount of a cash on delivery package is € 200,-. Our standard shipping partner GLS charges an additional flat rate of € 9.50 for this, which is shown separately before you place your order and on the subsequent invoice.
Cash on delivery packages via DHL or a forwarding agency are only possible in exceptional cases or only after consultation.
The flat rate can differ for these two options. Please contact us before your purchase.
The maximum amount of a cash on delivery package is € 200,-.

Shipping informations
We ship out our goods with GLS, DHL and by forwarding agency.

Standardversand
Pakete, sowohl national als auch international, bis 40 kg und dem max. Gurtmaß von 3 m (max. Länge 2 m), werden mit unserem standard Versandpartner GLS versendet.
Wird deren Paketmass (Größe / Gewicht) überschritten und kann nicht auf mehrere Pakete aufgeteilt werden, kann nicht auf DHL (Größe / Gewicht) zurück gegriffen werden, wird die Ware über eine Spedition ausgeliefert.

If your country is not on the list below, shipping will also be carried out by DHL.
If the parcel size of max. 31.5 kg and the max.dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 cm is exceeded and cannot be divided into several parcels, the shipment will be carried out by a forwarding agent.

The costs and standard delivery times for parcels that correspond to the maximum dimensions / weight of the GLS can be seen in the table below. If your country or island is not listed, if you have any questions or need help, please contact us before placing your order.

Note on shipping to non-EU countries
In case of a shipment to countries which are not within the EU, there are additional taxes or costs (for example customs duties) which are not invoiced by us. You have to pay them directly to the responsible customs office or tax authorities of your country. For details please contact these authorities.

Note on forwarding
Since these prices depend on the day or the kilometer, there may be differences in the online shop price calculation. Please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery is free curbside. Avis is possible.

Sperrgut
Wir versuchen Sperrgut zu vermeiden. Sollte es jedoch dazu kommen, fällt für nicht bandfähiges Gut, national, eine zusätzliche Pauschale des GLS von € 2,50 / St. an. International ist eine Sperrgutlieferung nicht möglich.

Information on calculating the delivery date
The following table shows the delivery times for shipping.

If you order several items from us as part of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time applies to the consignment as a whole, which applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

The deadline for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
